Due to its reliability under harsh conditions the Danish Army Combat Centre has decided that SIMA Innovations Lightweight Motorized Ringmount M08 is the weapon station for the upgraded version of M113.
LMR M08 is implemented on a broad variety of the vehicle platforms operated by the Danish Army in Afghanistan providing each vehicle capability of self-defense in today’s modern asymmetric warfare.
